Chef Trevon definitely takes you on a journey of flavour. The food presentation was impressive and each dish complimented the other. Every bite was an explosion of goodness that left my heart warm and a smile on my face. Definitely a cloud nine experience.

Spoiled and Disappointed. That’s how you feel after any dining experience with Chef Trevon. The disappointment is purely from the recognition that the experience has come to an end (tangibly, that is). Culinary experiences with Chef T.Stoute have a way of invading your day dreams, long after you’ve finished your meal. His dishes are thoughtful, intentional and extremely well balanced with flavour and flair. Truthfully, his standards are the standard. For me, consistency is always welcomed but there’s something exciting about knowing that no dish from Chef Trevon is the same, and the only thing you should expect is excellence.
